Stuart Holland
Founder & President, Sygma Technology Solutions

Stuart Holland is the founder and president of Sygma Technology Solutions, where he brings over 15 years of experience helping organizations gain a competitive edge through cutting-edge technology. His firm specializes in AI engineering, agent-based systems, custom application development, data strategy, and cloud modernization, serving clients across the finance, insurance, healthcare, media, and government sectors.
With a strong academic foundation, including a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA in Strategic Management and Information Systems, Stuart blends technical depth with business strategy. He is currently completing a Master of Information and Data Science (MIDS) at UC Berkeley’s School of Information, further advancing his expertise in AI and large-scale systems.
Stuart’s roles have spanned startup innovation, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation for Fortune 500 clients. He has served as a senior solutions architect, hands-on engineer, project leader, and technical strategist—developing event-driven microservices, cloud-native platforms, and, now, multi-agent AI ecosystems powered by technologies such as LangGraph, Claude, CrewAI, and RAG pipelines.
He is a frequent speaker, lifelong learner, and passionate builder of secure, scalable, and explainable AI systems. Whether modernizing legacy systems or designing autonomous AI agents, Stuart stays at the forefront of emerging technology to future-proof business systems.

Alexis King
Director of Operations
With a firm career foundation in the financial services industry, Alexis has spent the past two decades advancing into many leadership roles and developing an expertise in Sales and Operational Management.
She has worked extensively as a team leader, coaching and training teams to both meet and exceed their goals. With a specialization in equipping Sales and Operational teams with the tools for success, she helps teams develop their emerging leaders. At Sygma, Alexis consults on the company’s leadership, development and operational strategies. She presents capabilities to customers and manages the business portfolio.
Additionally, Alexis serves as a Leadership and Communications consultant, delivering keynote addresses for the Women in Government organization and serving as a panelist at the annual Today’s Girl – Tomorrow’s Woman Leadership Conference. By sharing her personal and professional expertise, she focuses on motivating audiences to achieve success.
